Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our return, exchange, and refund policy is naturally written in the DNA of our organization since 1969
- A $10 fee will apply for the return of items by mail. We deduct this amount from the refund amount. No fees apply for in-store returns.
- To be exchanged or refunded, merchandise must be in its original packaging, not worn, and able to be resold.
- Unworn items purchased in the store and on the website may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period. If this time period has expired, please contact one of our advisors at 1 866.756.4472
- The items must be returned accompanied by a copy of the delivery note, included in your package. Just follow the 4 easy steps below!
Quick & Simple Returns in 4 simple steps
Receive the Return Label – Contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-866-756-4472 and one of our advisors will send you the return label by email.
Re-pack your Package – Reseal the original package with the product you’re returning inside.
Apply the Return Label – Cover the initial shipping label on the resealed package by applying the prefilled return label over it.
Ship your Return Package – Go to the Canada Post branch closest to you with your package provided with its return label. And There you go! Job done
