Best price guarantee policy
We work tirelessly to offer our customers the best prices. It is however possible that an article can be found at a lower price elsewhere. If this is the case, we will offer you the same price with pleasure!
Before communicating with one of our advisors, please make sure you have verifiable evidences and have all the relevant information on hand, such as:
- The article in question is sold by a retailer with a physical store located within Quebec.
- The article in question is in stock at the competitor and at Husky (in store or online), in the same colour and in the same season, within the same time frame (15 days maximum).
- The article is identical, including the year and the model number.
Some exclusions may apply, including commercial accounts and close-out sales.
- The Best Price Guarantee Policy applies to both online and in store purchases.
- The advisor must be able to check these itemsremotely.
- Verbal agreements made with a competitor are not taken into account.
- The stores or the websites must be recognized as official retailers of the product or the brand in question.
- Auction sites, sale of used products, or sales between individuals, are excluded from this policy. No price adjustment policy is possible with Amazon, or any similar websites.
- A customer who buys a product at a discount may send it back for a refund. If the customer wants to buy the same product (same colour and same year of manufacture) in a different size but it is no longer at a discount at the time of return, huskyboutique.com will match the initial purchase price.
- No other additional discount or promotion can be applied to the new adjusted price.
