How do I check the status of my order?
If you placed an order as a guest, check your email.
If you placed an order with your account, here's how to check the status of your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “My Orders” section
- Check the status of this in the corresponding column
Possible order statuses:
- Paid : This order has been paid in full
- Partially Refunded : This order includes one or more items that have been refunded
- Refunded : All items in the order have been refunded and the order is considered closed.
- Delivered : This order has been picked up, packed and shipped
- Not delivered : This order has not yet been shipped
Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Under the shipping method you selected, you will find the carrier's name and your tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free in Canada for all purchases of $95 or more before taxes. A surcharge may apply for the delivery of large items (for each item concerned) as well as for delivery to remote areas. These fees are independent of the free shipping offer.
Delivery time will be calculated when placing the order based on your delivery address.
During busy periods, an additional handling time of 24 to 48 hours may apply.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are difficult to predict and depend on product availability, our shipping team's workload, and occasional postal delays. Delivery times are longer for remote areas and vary from region to region.
Please note that due to volume, carrier delivery speeds are slower during the holiday season. Also, during promotions such as the Crazy Sale or inventory sales, delivery times may be increased due to the high volume of orders.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order that we deem unsafe or to request additional information to secure an order.
A signature may be required upon delivery of the package.
How do I send an order to a different delivery address?
You can order a product and have it delivered to another address. Simply enter the address where you want the product delivered in the delivery address .
The billing address must be associated with the credit card.
As a security measure, credit card orders to be shipped to an address other than the cardholder's may be subject to verification.
We reserve the right to cancel questionable orders.
In-store pickup
In-store pickup allows you to order products from our website and pick them up at our boutique in Saint-Paul, Joliette. This option includes no delivery fees, including for our oversized products.
When you place an order and choose the in-store pickup option, you will receive two automated emails. The first email will inform you that your order has been received. The second email will include the invoice.
This indicates that the order is ready for pickup.
It is important to wait for this second email before coming to the store for pickup. Allow two business days for your order to be prepared and for this email to be received.
Once ready for pickup, your package will remain available for pickup for two weeks. You will be asked for ID upon pickup in store.

Since our orders are prepared in less than 48 hours, for any cancellations, you must contact our online customer service as soon as possible. If we are unavailable, please send an email to info@boutiquehusky.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the cancellation so we can cancel it as soon as possible.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order using a VISA or Mastercard credit card, HUSKY Gift Card, or PayPal. Please note, however, that prepaid credit cards are not accepted .
Also, for an order to be authorized with your credit card, it is important that the address associated with your account is identical to the one on your credit card statement . To correct the latter, you can modify it through your account or when placing an order.
Later, if you want to add a recipient address other than the billing address (e.g., to have an order delivered to work), you can do so through your account or when placing an order.

About Gift Cards
The HUSKY gift card is the perfect gift to give.
Valued from $25 to $250, it can be exchanged in store or online for merchandise from all our departments.
Please note that the gift card is not redeemable for cash and has no expiration date. Rest assured, it will remain valid even if used long after your purchase. Gift cards are shipped free of charge anywhere in Canada, but are excluded from the $95 minimum purchase for free shipping.
The gift card is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Why share my email address?
Your email address will help us secure your account and give you access to your member area. You'll also have access to your order history and invoices. Finally, this will allow you to receive special and personalized offers.
