La livraison est gratuite partout au Québec pour les commandes de 95 $ et plus avant taxes. Des frais peuvent toutefois s'appliquer pour les articles volumineux ou les régions éloignées.
Si un article ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez le retourner dans un délai de 30 jours, qu'il ait été acheté en ligne ou en boutique, pour un échange ou un remboursement. Les articles doivent être non portés, dans leur emballage d'origine et accompagnés du bon de livraison.

Delivery is free throughout Quebec for orders of $95 or more before taxes. However, fees may apply for bulky items or remote areas.
If an item isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days, whether purchased online or in-store, for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the delivery receipt.
In-store returns are free, while mail-in returns incur a $10 fee (deducted from your refund). The process is quick and easy in four steps: simply contact us to obtain a return label.
